I see that three new boxes have appeared in California in the past
day. Thank you for the forthcoming fun! Now we've just got to
print the clues and figure out when we have time to go "boxing"
again. :-) Life is good!

Well we have more letterboxes in the Kernville area than you can hit in one day.

Oh we know and we are grateful! We will plan a multi-day visit to
Kern County sometime in the cooler months to search for some of your
boxes. Thanks for all your hard work and creativity.

Our high country letterboxes on Western Divide Hwy, and those up near Shirley Meadows are 3 season letterboxes. If you wait for it to cool off it , there could be road closures as they do not plow some of the roads. When we planted the two yesterday, and replanted one other it was 70 degrees. The biggest problem is they have closed the Trail of the Giants on the Western Divide Hwy due to tree thinning. The FS is cutting some of the pines and firs around the redwoods.
